As a Certified Life and Sex Coach specializing in relationships, I help individuals, couples and families heal, connect and expand through self awareness, emotional processing, and energetic alignment. My approach blends grounded presence with intuitive guidance so you can come home to peace within yourself and in your relationships.

I offer both virtual and in-person sessions from my office in Denham Springs, Louisiana, and I also hold late evening appointments for those with full schedules. 

Sessions are $95 for individuals and $125 for couples, and we dig right in from the very first session to create real, lasting shifts in your life and relationships.
