Kayla Auld is a dedicated engineer with a passion for the research and development of biomedical engineering devices.
She graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechatronics (Cum Laude) from Nelson Mandela University. She is currently pursuing a Master's of Engineering in Mechatronics, specialising in nuclear and aerospace engineering, with plans to advance to a PhD in biomedical engineering.
Kayla aims to develop biomedical devices that improve healthcare solutions for chronic illnesses, with a particular interest in the development of prosthetic organs. She looks forward to gaining industry experience, furthering her expertise, and contributing to advancements in medical engineering.
