Q: How far in advance should I order?

I recommend placing your order 2-3 weeks in advance, especially for larger celebration cakes as these may require me to purchase extras. For cupcake boxes, a minimum of 1 week is ideal.

Q: Do you take deposits ?

Yes, I do require deposits for any larger order. Celebration cakes require a non-refundable deposit to secure your date of pickup. This is deducted from your final balance.

Q: Where do I collect from ?

Orders are collection only from Maesteg. The full address will be shared once the order is confirmed.

Q: What times can I collect ?

Have a look at my calendar linked above before booking. Collection times will then be agreed when confirming your booking. My weekday times are between 4-8 pm and weekend times vary. I'll always do my best to find a time that works for you!

Q: Do you cater for allergies & intolerances ?

Yes, I am fully allergen trained and therefore can cater to any special request such as dairy-free, egg-free or nut-free. please state your allergies when placing the order ! BUT please note that my kitchen does handle all allergens, so I can not guarantee they are 100% free from traces even though extra precautions will be taken.

Absolutely - I love creating custom designs. share your ideas & inspiration pictures with me when you order so that I can bring them to life!

Q: Do you do last minute order?

I always try and fit in any last minute orders where I can. However availability isn't always guaranteed, especially in the busier months/holidays. The earlier you book, the better!
