I cannot say enough wonderful things about Sara, João, and the entire team at this firm. They helped me find a tenant for my property in Lisbon, and I am truly grateful for the care, professionalism, and dedication they brought to the process. Finding the right team to help with your property is such an important decision, especially when you are managing things from another country. Working with them gave me confidence and peace of mind. What stood out to me most was how well they worked together. Sara and João make an excellent team, and their knowledge, communication, and willingness to help made such a difference. I felt that I had people I could count on—people who understood what I needed and cared about helping me achieve a good result. That personal attention meant so much to me. Their broad network and knowledge of the Lisbon real estate market are tremendous strengths. They bring valuable connections, excellent skills, and a clear understanding of how to help property owners navigate the rental process. Just as meaningful was the support of the wider team. It was reassuring to know that there were knowledgeable, capable people available to assist me, even when I was not in Portugal. Managing a property from abroad can feel overwhelming. There is a great deal of trust involved when you cannot always be there in person, and having a dependable local team makes all the difference. I deeply appreciated their ability to make the distance feel manageable. Their communication and support helped me feel connected to the process and comfortable knowing that I had an excellent team by my side. For Americans and other international property owners looking for real estate assistance in Lisbon, I wholeheartedly recommend this firm. If you need a team with strong local expertise, an extensive network, and the ability to support you while you are outside Portugal, they are an outstanding choice. I would also recommend them to anyone who values thoughtful service and a personal approach. Sara, João, and everyone on the team: thank you for your hard work, your kindness, and the care you put into helping me. You made an important experience so much easier, and I am sincerely grateful. In my experience, you are the best, and I would be very happy to work with you again.

We are in the process of applying for our D7 Visa and needed assistance with our Portuguese lease. The landlord did not have a prepared lease. We secured the services of Sara Filipa Jerónimo and Olivier Serne. They were patient, professional, and extremely helpful with creating a compliant D7 Visa lease. They also assisted us (tenants) with advice regarding lease terms and the landlord with registering the lease. Even with numerous changes we requested and challenges, the KW team stayed positive and supportive. Thank you so much for helping us make our new chapters of our lives come true.
