Throughout the process he provided a lot of useful information and was incredibly helpful.<br><br>I was especially impressed by the detailed information package he prepared for the property — it contained everything I needed to make an informed decision and was by far one of the best property presentations I have seen.<br><br>Tomas really listens to what you’re looking for, understands your expectations and reacts quickly. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Marcus & Bill and the incredible experience they provided helping my friend find her dream home in Portugal. I have written many reviews over the years, but this is actually the first time I have ever written a review for a real estate agency.<br><br>I have bought and sold many properties in different countries, and I can honestly say that the service provided by JPVA Real Estate Group was the best real estate experience I have ever had. João, Tomas and the entire team went far beyond what you would normally expect from a real estate agency. This was not just about selling an apartment. They genuinely cared that everything worked smoothly from beginning to end and supported me throughout the entire process with exceptional professionalism, reliability and kindness. What impressed me most was the level of support even after the transaction itself. The team helped coordinate important practical matters such as electricity, utilities and internet connections, which is incredibly valuable when buying property abroad.
