If you are looking for a reformer or pilates instructor look no further Jonatas is the best instructor you will ever come across. He has an appealing and technical method to keep you engage, each session he tailors his technic according to each person's capabilities and level. He motivates you to achieve your best. For me personally I've tried different instructors no one apart from Jonatas has been attentive to ensure you execute each exercise correctly, since training with him he has pushed me to gain more strength, balance and most importantly we all love a strong core. I highly recommend him.

Jonatas is an excellent Pilates instructor. His teaching style is precise and really engaging. He adapts all exercises to meet differing fitness levels. My flexibility and core strength has improved dramatically! I really enjoy each class!
