What will I get upon registered the program?

Accepted Answer

Upon successful enrolment, you will receive a 12-gallon recycle bin and a welcome kit with a certificate of appreciation, a scissor , recycle bin,plastic liner and cable ties x 10 each. This item will be delivered by Zuellig Pharma’s delivery driver together with your monthly PD supply We sincerely appreciate every little step that you commit, and we thank you for being part of this meaningful initiative!

I stay in Klang Valley, do I need to pay for the program?

Joining this program is free. No payment is required to join the program, however, you will have to meet the criteria below:

1. Patients who live in the Klang Valley and potentially selected locations and are on the Vantive dialysis system.
2. Patients whose living space permits ease of storage and collection.
3. Motivated patients who have completed the post-training assessment.
