Three days after the fire: A choral POV of a tragedy (English Edition)

Three days after the fire: A choral POV of a tragedyJeronimo RosalesEbook“La Punta is burning. All of it. Gone” In the early hours of March 6, 2026, an entire block in La Punta Zicatela, Puerto Escondido, was destroyed by fire. This brief book captures the trail of ashes—both physical and emotional—left by the most devastating blaze in the recent memory of Puerto Escondido. Three Days After the Fire is a mosaic of voices that weaves together: * WhatsApp messages * Missed calls * Biblical verses * Donald Trump’s speeches * Press clippings * Quotes from those who lost everything in the flames. Three Days After the Fire is an unjudgmental snapshot of loss and resilience, written with the same urgency with which it was lived. A polyphonic novel of this México mágico where faith, social resentment, and real estate opportunism intersect with global power struggles, transgender individuals, and the solidarity of a small community rising to keep walking toward its dreams. Three Days After the Fire departs from the narrative conventions of traditional fiction. It presents itself as a cut-and-paste documentary literary experience, built entirely from pre-existing words spoken or written by others between March 6th and March 14th, 2026. That is, up until last week. Reader Comments: * “It is evident that this book was written from a place of profound pain.” * “I was struck by how fast I had to read it. It captured my total attention.” * “A postcard of the collective reaction to disaster and the harshness of a world that stops for nothing.” * “It was like scrolling through someone else's phone in the middle of a catastrophe; I read it with anxiety.” * “I’m desperate to know what happened next with the trans girl from Tinder.” * “Each reader will have to fill in the blanks in their own way.” Three Days After the Fire is a work that fixes onto paper the noise of a tragic week before silence, forgetfulness, or the official narrative can hush it all. It is the testimony of a present that, to this day, still smells of ashes.
