Recalibration Session

A 90-minute private session for self-aware women who may understand their patterns, but still feel stuck in the gap between what they know and how they’re living. If you feel like you’ve had glimpses of clarity, but need it translated into a grounded plan, deeper emotional relief, and intuitive direction for your actual life, this session was created for you. The Flow: Every session moves through my framework designed to help you uncover exactly what you need in this moment, while staying responsive to what you bring. Reconnect — Ground into body, breath, and inner safety so the work can actually land. Expose — Gently surface the pattern keeping you stuck, in whatever form it's showing up — overthinking, inconsistency, self-doubt, control, or anything quieter underneath. Turn Inward — Deepen emotional intimacy with yourself and listen to what your body has been trying to say. Unlearn — Soften the inner critic and begin rewriting the belief underneath the pattern. Realign — Rebuild trust in yourself, your direction, and your next step. Depending on what you bring, we may work with: Body-based and nervous system practices Energetic clearing and recalibration Intuitive guidance and reflection Mindful movement or integration practices Communication and decision-making frameworks The through-line is always the same: getting you out of your head and into your body, so you can move forward grounded, clear, and fully yourself. What you'll leave with: - A personalized set of practices to keep you anchored after we end - A realistic, soul-aligned next step for the life you actually want to live - Clarity on what's actually been weighing on you, and language for what your body's been trying to tell you - A felt sense of safety in your own body, something you can feel in your breath, your shoulders, your chest Includes: Pre-session reflection (sent when you book) 90-minute private 1:1 Personalized integration support You don't need to come with anything figured out. You just need to show up.
