How do I use or apply the perks?

It’s super easy! For most of our participating merchants, just flash your InnB Park room access key card at the counter — the perks will be automatically applied to your bill. No codes, no hassle!

How long are the perks valid?

The current perks are valid for in-house guests until 31 December 2025. We refresh and renegotiate our perks with participating merchants every calendar year, and we’ll do our best to extend or update them beyond 2025 to keep the good deals coming!

Question 3

Can I use the perks more than once?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Unless stated otherwise by the merchant, you can enjoy the perks multiple times throughout your stay.

Is there a trail I can follow?

Yes – we’re working on a fun InnB Perk Trail Itinerary to guide you through KL with suggested stops and perks along the way. Launching soon – stay tuned!

Do I need to book in advance for workshops or activities?

Accepted Answer

Advance booking isn’t required for most walk-in workshops or experiential tickets, unless otherwise stated.

However, we highly recommend calling ahead to secure your preferred time slot and avoid disappointment — especially during weekends or peak hours!

Are the perks transferable to friends or family?

The perks are exclusive to InnB Park Hotel guests and can only be used when presenting a valid room key card. If you're out exploring with friends, make sure the cardholder is present.

What if a merchant doesn’t honour the perk?

Accepted Answer

While this is rare, if it happens, please let our front desk team know as soon as possible. It helps if you can note down the cashier’s name, along with the date and time of your visit, so we can follow up more effectively.

Please note that the perks are part of a non-legally binding collaboration between InnB Park Hotel and participating merchants. While we are not liable for any unfulfilled offers, we take guest feedback seriously and will investigate any reported incidents. If a merchant is found to be consistently uncooperative, we will not hesitate to remove them from the program. Your experience matters to us! 💛
