I’ve been using Innago for about a year now and it has been a great experience. The platform is very user-friendly and makes managing my rental properties much more efficient. I especially love the work order feature—it makes it easy to track and handle maintenance requests from tenants. Rent collection and fee management are also seamless. It’s intuitive, reliable, and surprisingly powerful for a free system.<br><br>Online rent collection, tenant communication, maintenance requests, lease tracking, and financial management are all quick and easy. It has made my day to day operations much smoother and helped improve cash flow without adding extra work.<br><br>What really stands out is that Innago is regularly updated with new and improved features, and has a great help desk manned by people who really know the program, not just someone reading a script, which is amazing for a free program.<br><br>I would absolutely recommend it to both commercial and residential property managers looking for a smart, cost effective solution.
