We are so truly thankful for the incredible dal baati Ruchi prepared for us — absolutely unforgettable! The baati was perfectly crispy on the outside and soft inside, just the way it should be. The dal was rich, flavorful, and comforting.<br><br>And the chutneys truly took it to another level — the garlic chutney had the perfect bold kick, and the green chutney added such a fresh, vibrant contrast.<br><br>Every bite felt like a celebration of flavors. So grateful for such a delicious and thoughtfully prepared meal!

I recently hosted a family event and contacted Indori Spice for catering. The experience was fantastic. The food was delicious and enjoyed by everyone. The matar (green peas) kachori had a unique taste and flavor, and the angoor (bite size) rasmalai stood out as something truly special. My guests really appreciated the customized Bengali-style fried rice—it was impressively close to the way we prepare it at home. I’ve already been recommending Indori Spice to others. We had ordered kachori , tawa pulav , paneer tikka , Aloo Tikki chat & rasmalai. Everything tasted really good. Packed very well. All our guests loved it. Definitely will order again for future events. Thank you Ruchi :)
