We ask that you provide at least two weeks’ notice for Saturday care. If you need care on a Sunday, please contact us to make arrangements.

How does the laundry service work?

We understand how busy life can be. We’re happy to wash your child’s clothes at no extra cost. We do ask that you provide the laundry detergent you’d like us to use. This service is available once a month. We’ll wash, dry, and neatly return them to you within 1–2 days.

How do you accept payment?

You’re welcome to choose the payment method that’s most convenient for you. An invoice or receipt will be provided for your records. To ensure transparency and prevent any disputes, a signed authorization form and a valid form of identification are required to be attach to the form.

Do you offer overnight HomeCare?

Yes, we offer home care services from 8 PM to 4 AM. Contact us for more information/questions.
