What is required to secure my date?

Accepted Answer

We require a 50% non-refundable retainer and a signed Service Agreement. Your date is not officially "on our calendar" until both are received.

How far in advance should I book?

Accepted Answer

To ensure availability and allow time for custom material sourcing, we recommend booking 3–4 weeks in advance. For peak seasons (Graduations in May/June and Winter Holidays), 4–6 weeks is highly encouraged. The minimum is 14 days for all standard bookings. Bookings less than 14 days is subject to a $50 RUSH FEE to expedite material sourcing. No booking request 7 days or less will be accommodated.

Question 3

What is your cancellation/rescheduling policy?

If you need to move your date, please contact us as soon as possible. While the retainer is non-refundable, it may be applied to a new date valid up to (6) months, subject to our availability. The new date must be confirmed within 30 calendar days of the cancellation date. If the client decides not to reschedule and the remaining invoice balance was PAID IN FULL, that balance will be forfeited to the client.

Is there a delivery/travel fee?

A standard delivery and setup fee applies to all orders. For locations exceeding a 15-mile radius from our home base in Baton Rouge, an additional mileage surcharge will be applied.

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

We accept Cash, PayPal, Venmo, and Zelle. To keep our processes streamlined, we do not accept handwritten checks.

Question 6

Do you offer outdoor installations?

Accepted Answer

Yes! However, please be aware that outdoor decor is subject to weather conditions (wind, heat, dirt/dust, rain and humidity). We use professional-grade materials, but we cannot guarantee the lifespan of balloons exposed to the weather elements. No discount/refunds will be issued for weather related conditions after installation is complete.

Can I provide my own balloons for inflation?

No! To ensure the highest quality for your event we use professional grade latex balloons. This allows us to guarantee the durability, color accuracy, and overall professional finish to your decor. Because we cannot guarantee the performance balloons purchased elsewhere, we do not offer labor only services with client provided materials.

Question 8

Why do my balloons look dusty or matte?

Accepted Answer

This is called oxidation. All latex balloons react naturally to sunlight and oxygen especially during outdoor setups. Indoor setups tend to oxidate at a slower pace.

Question 9

Will the sun pop my balloons?

Accepted Answer

The short answer is YES. In extreme heat and especially darker colors in direct sunlight absorb heat faster and are more inclined to pop faster. It is recommended to choose lighter colors for outdoor setups especially if in direct sunlight.

Question 10

Who is responsible for cleaning up the balloons after the event?

Accepted Answer

For Hardware Jobs: If your decor uses our professional frames or stands, we will return for a "Strike" (disassembly) within 24–48 hours.
For Balloon-Only Jobs: Disposal is the responsibility of the client unless a "Full Clean-Up" service is added to your invoice.

Question 11

What is a STRIKE fee?

In the event and balloon industry, a Strike Fee (sometimes called a Teardown or Breakdown Fee) is the cost associated with the artist returning to the venue after the event is over to disassemble the decor and retrieve their equipment.
Think of the "Setup" as the creation and the "Strike" as the cleanup and recovery.

Question 12

What if there is a delay at my venue?

Accepted Answer

We ask that the installation area be cleared and ready upon our arrival. If we are delayed due to venue unreadiness or other vendors, we cannot be held responsible for incomplete decor by the event start time.

Can I send you an inspiration photo from Pinterest/Instagram?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely! We love seeing your vision. Please keep in mind that balloon decor is a custom work of art; while we use inspiration photos as a guide, the final result will be a unique interpretation tailored to your specific event and space.
