Do you offer a Programming/Repair Service?

Yes we have a service available to you for programming, testing, etc. This service cost $19.00 that will be charged to you after the service is completed. This covers shipping your items back to you. If you needed to purchase a new part from us, we will drop the service fee and only charge for the part. If you're looking to use this service, please email us at Support@Poplocks.com

Are Other Manufactures' Fobs Compatible with Poplocks' Controllers?

No, the only fob compatible with our controllers is the Poplocks T-25.

Is there a Warranty?

We have a 1-year warranty for our products as long as there is no user error. This warranty does not cover the 15% restocking fee nor any shipping fees.
All of our actuators have a life-time warranty as long as there is no user error.
