Hello!

 By ordering my service, you agree to these Terms of Service.

I will design the logo based on the brief you provide.

Minor revisions (color, font, size) are included in the package.

Major changes (completely new concept) will be considered a new project.

1. Workflow 

Until full payment is made, the design rights remain mine.

After full payment, the logo belongs to you according to the chosen package.

I may showcase the logo in my portfolio, unless you request otherwise (NDA).

2. Designs Rights

System: 50% deposit upfront, the remaining 50% after completion.

Deposit is non-refundable if the Client cancels.

Final files will be delivered once payment is completed.

3. Payment

Final files will be provided according to the selected package:

> Basic: PNG (transparent background).

> Standard: PNG + JPG ( hd resolution ).

> Premium: PNG + JPG + PDF ( high resolution ).

4. Final Files

The number of revisions depends on the chosen package:

> Basic: 5 minor revisions + 1 major revision.

> Standard: 12 minor revisions + 3 major revisions.

> Premium: Unlimited minor revisions + up to 10 major revisions.

Extra revisions beyond the package limits will require an additional fee.

5. Revisions

Estimated turnaround time will be given at the start.

Delays due to late feedback or changing the brief are not the Designer’s responsibility.

6. Timeline

If the Client cancels → deposit is non-refundable.

If the Designer cancels → full refund will be issued.

7. Cancellation

I will do my best to ensure originality of the design.

I am not responsible for any legal issues if the idea/elements provided by the Client violate third-party rights.
