I am deeply grateful for the Apostle’s powerful teaching, his wife’s beautiful spirit, and the strong presence of God in this ministry. As I settle into this state and community, I want to share a constructive observation regarding our worship services. (I understand I have only been attending for almost two months and moved to Texas five months ago).<br><br>The Apostle has an incredible, undeniable anointing when he leads us in praise. However, Scripture reminds us that the body of Christ is made up of many members, each with unique gifts to share (1 Corinthians 12:12). Currently, it appears that only two people are permitted to lead the Choir.<br><br>I gently encourage the ministry to allow other choir members the opportunity to sing and use their God-given talents. Embracing a wider range of voices will not only uplift the choir but will also enrich the entire congregation as we worship together in unity (Colossians 3:16).<br><br>When the Apostle sings, you feel the Spirit all over him. AMEN. This is not to take away from the choir at all. However, from someone who has been in church my whole life. I would always look forward to Praise/Worship because it set the tone for the Holy Spirit. I just don't get that unless Apostle sings.<br><br>In all, I recommend coming to get the teaching of the Word. Apostle breaks down the Word line upon line, which is what I'm used to learning. The Holy Spirit is all over him and his lovely wife. HALLELUJAH!
