Ensure your email inbox is not full and that you entered the correct email address at checkout.

Check your spam or junk folder, especially if this is your first time purchasing from us. If you still can’t find it, contact us at hello@gotobeat.com for assistance.

What is your refund policy?

Accepted Answer

Refunds are available in the following situations:

Event cancelled – Full refund. 
Event postponed – Once the new date is announced, a refund window will open. You’ll be entitled to a full refund, minus ticketing fees.

Force majeur events – If the event cannot take place due to circumstances beyond our control, you’ll receive a full refund.

Refunds are not available if: 
You cannot attend the event for personal reasons. 
You made an accidental purchase. 
You have a last-minute change of plans.

If you can’t attend, you’re welcome to resell your ticket. 
Processing time: Refunds are usually processed within 3–5 working days after approval. In some cases, it may take up to 28 days to appear in your account.

Will my previous ticket be valid for the new date of a postponed event?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Your original ticket will automatically be valid for the rescheduled date — no action is needed. Just bring your existing e-ticket to the event.
 
If you can’t attend the new date, you can request a refund by contacting us at hello@gotobeat.com within 14 days of being notified about the change.

How can I get featured at a Gotobeat gig?

We love discovering and showcasing new talent! 
If you’re an artist, band, or performer and would like to perform at one of our events:

Submit your details through our Artist Application Form on go.gotobeat.com.

Our bookings team reviews all submissions and will contact you if there’s a match for upcoming shows.

Are there age restrictions for shows?

Age restrictions vary depending on the venue and event. Age requirements are listed on each event’s page. Please check before booking, as we cannot offer refunds for tickets purchased without meeting the age criteria.

Having trouble with your payment?

If you experience payment issues: 
Email us at hello@gotobeat.com with “Payment Issue” in the subject line. 
Include as many details as possible (e.g., payment method, time of purchase, any error messages) so we can help you quickly.

How will I receive my tickets?

Accepted Answer

All Gotobeat tickets are digital. 
After purchasing, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your e-ticket. 
If you can’t find it, check your spam/junk folder. 
Still missing? Contact us at hello@gotobeat.com and we’ll resend it.

At the event: Simply show the QR code on your ticket (on your phone) at the entrance for scanning.

How long will it take to get a response?

Accepted Answer

We receive a high volume of requests during busy periods. While we do our best to respond promptly, it may take longer than usual.
