Gopal Goyal Kanda

Gopal Goyal Kanda (Gopal Kanda) is an Indian entrepreneur, business leader, and public representative. He developed his commercial career from local enterprises in Sirsa into real estate, property development, and infrastructure ventures across Gurugram and Haryana. As the founder and chairman of the MDLR Group named in honor of his father, Murli Dhar, and his son, Lakhpat Ram he established a business portfolio spanning real estate, hospitality, education, and media. In March 2007, he expanded his commercial endeavors into civil aviation by launching MDLR Airlines. Goyal entered electoral politics in 2009, serving as a two-time Member of the Haryana Legislative Assembly (MLA) representing the Sirsa constituency after winning assembly elections in 2009 and 2019. During his legislative tenure, he served Haryana as a Minister of State, holding portfolios for Home Affairs, Urban Local Bodies, and Industries & Commerce. In May 2014, he established the Haryana Lokhit Party (HLP).
