Phoenix Ayotte is the best closing attorney I've ever worked with- I had a complicated home purchase which was being sold out of a decedent's estate, and bought it through my revocable trust. She knows the ins and outs of title, underwriting, probate, and entity laws and clearly explained everything before I even had to ask, drafted perfect documents, and her team is so fun to work with! Without the Phoenix and her staff my home sale would have been a considerably more stressful experience. I cannot recommend them enough, especially if you are going through For Sale By Owner.
