Freeform Physical Therapy is awesome! I went in with severe ankle pain and Vince helped me regain my strength and remove the pain entirely. I’m back running now and it’s all thanks to the amazing help from Freeform. Natalia and Stephanie at the front desk are always helpful and reminding me of my appointments.

I had an amazing experience with Freeform. I spend 3 months working with Vince to get my body back on track after a c-section, including healing my diastasis recti. The program the Vince built was tailored to me and my progress and the best part was having him work with me one on one during appointments. On top of that, they prioritize working on tight muscles and overall mobility and provide dry needling which I greatly benefitted from.  Highly recommend Freeform to anyone who needs PT and wants a calm, safe, and understanding place to rehab.

Cannot recommend FreeForm highly enough, especially if you are looking for someone to take your goals seriously. I am a low 2:40s marathoner who strained a hamstring in mid-2024. Vince was great about coaching me through all of the recovery and strengthening I’d need to do to fix it, and about how much pain it was safe to run through while rehabbing. Has been a long road back, but just ran a new marathon PR a few weeks ago in which my hamstring held up perfectly! I also have other running friends who speak highly of the other PTs at FreeForm.

I could not be happier with my rehab experience at FreeForm. I’m a 42-year-old elite-level women’s rugby player. After an ACL repair, my surgeon estimated a 6-12 month timeframe for return to sport. Vince, Arshya, and Kaylee got me back on the pitch within 7 months! They have my business for life, and I will refer all my friends and teammates. Thanks, FreeForm!
