Une superbe découverte chez FlexLab ! J’ai testé une séance de stretching assisté avec Alec, et je suis ressortie à la fois détendue et profondément alignée. Alec est top : à l’écoute, attentif aux moindres tensions du corps, il adapte chaque mouvement avec beaucoup de justesse.
Idéal après une séance de sport ou même en entretien régulier !
Un vrai moment pour soi, entre bien-être et performance.
Je recommande à 100 %,  foncez les yeux fermés !

I had my first discovery session at Flexlab with George and it was honestly a great experience. George was very professional, attentive, and made the whole session feel comfortable‌. I could really feel the difference afterwards I left feeling lighter, more relaxed, and even my lower back felt noticeably better. I was genuinely surprised by how much of a difference one session made. Also, the staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and friendly, which made the overall experience even better. I had an excellent experience at FlexLab and can highly recommend it! :) I had a combination of sessions: Flow Core stretching of 50min, followed by legs pressotherapy/Therabody, and the overall experience was outstanding from start to finish. Jaafar, the studio manager, was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and professional. He took the time to understand my current needs and recommended the most suitable combination of treatments, which made a real difference. Francis, my trainer/stretch therapist, was equally impressive. He was very knowledgeable, precise, and attentive throughout the session. The stretches were done with great care and expertise, and I really appreciated the post-session advice he provided to continue improving mobility and recovery. The concept itself is fantastic: assisted stretching guided by experts allows you to go deeper, safely and effectively, improving flexibility, reducing tension, and enhancing recovery. You leave feeling both relaxed and re-energized! The studio atmosphere is calm, professional, and designed for a premium experience. You truly feel taken care of from the moment you arrive. If you’re looking to improve mobility, recover from training, or simply release tension from daily life, this is absolutely worth it. I will definitely be coming back!
