I have only recently started letting with Fleetwood lettings, however already they have shown great support and assisted in so many ways. Can’t fault them at all with how comfortable they have made our process of becoming tenants.

I have had a rental property for over 20 years in Sunderland and Fleetwood have by far been the best letting agent I have dealt with. Colette and Louis have gone way over and above to help me. Initially getting over a stressful episode with an extremely poor letting agent to just recently helping me find my next tenant. My recent experience, getting the property ready was positive with Colette and her team again going above and beyond dealing with contractors and even doing a lot of the work themselves. The icing on the cake was a perfect tenant quickly accepting the property. You have restored my faith in being a landlord and I would defiantly recommend you to tenants and landlords in the future.
