I’ve been a long time customer of Fleet Feet Tulsa, but no longer.  I went in today to look for waterproof shoes.  They don’t have any.  That would have been ok if they had provided any other support. They told me On has options but they don’t have them. I told them that Brooks Ghost 17 gtx are on the website.  They just acknowledged that the online store has more options.  They did not offer to let me try on a pair of Brooks or On or look anything up on the computer. No offer to order something for me.  Salesperson went to the back for about 20 seconds and said we don’t have the styles you are looking for. It was really disappointing.  For context, my husband and I have purchased at least 10 pairs of shoes from this store in the past plus socks, inserts, etc. I figure I’m old and not a runner so they just weren’t interested.  Their loss.

If you know what you are looking for call before you go. This place can get busy with customers and their staff is not large, doesn't need to be. If they don't have it at this location they will call their other location and check availability. The will even reserve what you are interested in and it will be waiting for you when you get to the other location. Again very helpful. They do get pretty busy with people getting shoes that have no idea what they are looking for and can take up their time. Overall very good place and people
