Kyle was amazing as always.  Will not use anyone else for my HVAC needs.  Love that they always look to fix the issue and not just default to the system (3 different units) is 14 years old and must all be replaced. Ferrell Air did an excellent job replacing our HVAC system and fixing our ducting. Our AC broke right as it started to get hot, and Rusty and Darrin were able to get everything done within a reasonable time frame. Just honest, skilled work done right the first time. Pricing? I actually double-checked it because I was convinced something was missing. It wasn’t. That’s just what integrity looks like when it’s built into the business model rather than bolted on for marketing. I’ve dealt with enough contractors over the years to know the difference between someone who’s good and someone who’s genuinely rare. Rusty is the latter. His workmanship is solid, his word means something, and the fact that he showed up at an early hour without making me feel like I owed him a favor says everything about his character. Kyle came out to visit after I scheduled an appointment with my neighbor Michelle. He texted me when he was on his way, and promptly arrived. He was very friendly and professional. He gave me super old system a clean bill of health and recommended a couple of things that would need attention in the future. Unlike my last HVAC company he didn't try to upsell every single little item and tell me my system was doomed. Best part is the owners live here in my neighborhood. We now have a new trusted company we can call!!
