Help Our Participants | Here's How You Can Help!

Dear Friends and Supporters,

Our current cohort of 20 incredible women is working hard to build their futures in the construction industry. However, like many across the country, they are facing food insecurities and financial hardships. ﻿

﻿The program runs from 5:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., M-F, requiring participants to reduce their work hours, leave their jobs, or rely on family and friends for support.

WINTER is asking for your help to ensure these women can continue their journey toward becoming union construction workers. You can make a difference in the following ways:

Option #1 - Donate a grocery gift card - drop it off or mail it to our office
Option #2 - Make a financial contribution - every donation directly supports our participants.
Option #3 - Share this message - spread the word to your coworkers, friends and family.
