FAME Password Reset Guide

*FAME Password/UserID Reset Instructions*
Requirement: Your email and mobile are registered with us
1. Go to www.fame.com.sg
2. Click on the “Login” button
3. Click on “Forgot Password?”
4. Select the option “Online Login ID And Password Reset”
5. User Type: Select either “Client” and “Partner”
6. Input your NRIC and Date of Birth
7. Change Login ID: Select ‘Yes’ Or ‘No’
8. Input the CAPCHA and click Submit.
9. Check your email within 2 hours. Click on the link provided and follow on-screen instruction.

How do I reset my password?

1.	Adviser or Client logs on to www.fame.com.sg
2.	Go to [Admin > E Statements]
3.	Select the account number and the date range to download the E Statements


How do I access E-Statements?

Opt in e-statement

3. Change Status to [ENROLLED] by clicking on it
4. Enter Email Address as wanted.
5. Save"

How does the client Opt-in to E-Statements?

1. Client logs on to www.fame.com.sg
2. Go to [Admin > e-Consent]
3. Change Status to [ENROLLED] by clicking on it
4. Enter Email Address as wanted.
5. Save

How do I update my email address on FAME?

1.	Adviser logs on to www.fame.com.sg
2.	Go to [Admin > Client Info]
3.	Select a client
4.	Go to [Payment Setup] tab

How do I check my bank account details?

Funds Transfer Guide

Non-Wrap Funds Transfer / Withdraw Money Instructions
1. Client logs on to www.fame.com.sg
2. Go to [Transaction > Transfer Funds]
3. Select "From" which Phillip Account to withdrawn the funds/money
4. Under "To", select an option. *If your bank details are not available, select "Others"*
(Your FA Rep can edit the bank details only under Admin>Particulars>Personal Details)
5. Select the amount and currency and click "Submit"

Note: Requested submitted before 10am will be processed on same day. 
Note: Quick Cheque Deposit will be done on same day and the bank will take around 1 day to clear
