We recently spent a few days at Everards Farm as part of an AI retreat and it really is a hidden gem for this sort of occasion.<br><br>Despite the weather doing its best to keep us indoors for most of the stay, the venue itself was so well designed that it genuinely didn’t matter. Most of our time was spent between the Great Barn and the Horsepower Barn, both of which created an amazing environment for conversation and thinking space.<br><br>What Robbie and Tracy have built is incredibly impressive. The place has real character and warmth to it. You can tell there’s a huge amount of thought behind every part of the experience. Every detail had clearly been considered, from umbrellas appearing exactly when needed to dryrobes for walking around the venue and keeping warm around the outside fire.<br><br>The quality of the accommodation was exceptional, from the beautiful decoration and finishing touches through to the genuinely comfy beds and incredibly quiet surroundings which made it very easy to properly relax and switch off.<br><br>The facilities were brilliant throughout the stay. The pool was superb, the gym was far better equipped than expected and the sauna, steam room and overhead cold plunge bucket certainly woke me up properly in the mornings.<br><br>The pygmy goats also deserve a mention. Very playful, permanently hungry and somehow managed to become part of the overall charm of the place within about five minutes.<br><br>Bruce, who was brought in to cook over open fire throughout the retreat, was exceptional. Steak, trout, cheesecake — everything was outstanding and it added a completely different feel to the evenings compared to a normal catered event. Lucy also did a fantastic job keeping everything organised and running smoothly behind the scenes across the few days.<br><br>What also came across throughout the stay was how much Robbie and Tracy genuinely care about creating a great experience for people. The whole place feels very personal rather than formulaic and that probably explains why the atmosphere feels so different to most venues.<br><br>A really memorable few days with very good people in a very special place.

Wow, what a beautiful place. From the moment we arrived, we knew this place was special.<br><br>We stayed for 2 nights in Hygge at Everards Farm and honestly did not want to leave. This place has clearly been created with so much love and care. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered to such a high standard, from the comfort and design to the little touches that instantly make you relax and feel at home.<br><br>We loved the peace, you barely see anyone, yet you know the hosts Robbie and Tracy are there if needed. It feels private, calm, the scenery is stunning and surrounded by nature. Waking up to the beautiful views and simply sitting outside taking it all in was one of the highlights of our stay.<br><br>Robbie and Tracy were incredibly kind, attentive, and welcoming. It genuinely felt like we had known them for years. One of the absolute highlights was meeting their pet goats, who completely stole our hearts. They added so much character and warmth to the experience and made our stay feel even more special and memorable. Bring some dried pasta as the boys absolutely love it!<br><br>Everards Farm is a place that leaves you already looking forward to returning.<br><br>Thank you both so much for making our stay so<br>special xx

Everards Farm is a truly special place. We were amazed by how much more beautiful it was in real life too. The cottage was perfect and the grounds were spotless. It was super peaceful and the pool and spa made it even more so. The owners, Robbie and Tracy, were unbelievably lovely! Tracy even popped to her house to get me some decaf teabags from her kitchen when I asked if they had any! Such kindness! We stayed there the weekend we got married in Somerset and they even helped my husband have some flowers delivered to me on the morning of the wedding. Couldn’t recommend this place enough! It was a dream.
