About Me
Fitness has been part of my life since childhood. My dad served as the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach at universities like Wake Forest and Ohio University, so I grew up surrounded by athletes, performance training, and the fundamentals of movement. From the age of five, I was learning how to lift, train, and move with purpose.
I went on to play Division I soccer and have continued to compete and train as an athlete ever since. Over the years, Iâve coached student-athletes, trained clients of all fitness levels, and worked alongside performance professionals. Iâm an NASM Certified Personal Trainer and CPR/AED certified, with experience in both private training studios and group fitness environments.
