A fantastic Italian café in Rostrevor that truly stands out. The coffee quality is excellent, and the food is just as impressive，fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with high-quality ingredients. You can really taste the difference, especially in the choice of oils, and overall execution of each dish.<br><br>Great value for money considering the quality. It does get very busy on weekends, which says a lot about how popular it is. Worth noting that some menu items are only available on weekends.<br><br>Highly recommend and will definitely be back.

Had such a great experience at Barretto Cafe Bottega—this place absolutely deserves 5 stars.<br>From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is spot on. It’s got that relaxed, welcoming local café vibe where you instantly feel comfortable, whether you’re grabbing a quick coffee or sitting down for a proper meal. The space feels lively without being overwhelming, and you can tell it’s a real favourite with locals.<br><br>The staff were just as impressive—super friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Service was quick without feeling rushed, and they clearly take pride in what they’re doing.<br><br>Now the highlight—the porchetta panini. Easily one of the best I’ve had. The porchetta was sliced nice and thin, incredibly tender with just the right amount of crispiness, and packed with flavour. What really made it though was the balance—the salsa verde added a fresh, herby kick, and the pickled capsicums brought the perfect level of acidity to cut through the richness. Every bite just worked.<br><br>Coffee was excellent too, rounding out a really top-tier café experience.<br><br>This is the kind of place you keep coming back to. Highly recommend checking it out if you’re anywhere near Rostrevor

So great to have a local coffee shop here in Rostrevor! Great coffee, never disappointed. Lots of people come here, but always easily find a seat. My favourite part is that I can order my coffee online and it be ready for pick up whether if I am walking there or on the go!! Wait time is usually at least 10-15 minutes when ordering in person, so I am glad they have created the online ordering system for when I am pushed for time :)
