I've had a really good experience with Ember Fitness. my trainer, Owen, is very patient and easy to work with. He always explains the exercises clearly and makes sure I'm comfortable. I feel stronger and more confident than when I started, and having the training at home makes it so much easier. very happy with the service and would definitely recommend Ember Fitness.

I'm so glad I found Ember Fitness through a ffriend. My trainer, Richard, has been patient, encouraging, and always makes me feel comfortable during each session. I've noticed my balance has improved, I feel stronger, and everyday activities are becoming much easier. The in-home service has been fantastic, and I would definitely recommend Ember Fitness to any senior looking for professional, caring personal training.

At 75, I truly appreciate finding people who are patient, kind, and professional. The service from Ember Fitness has been exceptional from the very beginning. Sheng is such a lively trainer, and his way of teaching is outstanding, he explains everything clearly and always makes me feel comfortable and confident. I never thought I'd enjoy exercising at home this much. I highly recommend Ember Fitness to any older adult looking for professional in-home personal training.
