I would like to share an honest review of my experience at this spa. Firstly I will add that I was already a client of ‘The Gym’ for at least a year and was familiar with the way they work. I was actually very satisfied with the work done there. My expectation of Elara was very high considering the significant price point and I do feel my experience fell short in a few ways. For this price, I do expect absolute perfection - I spent a lot of money there for what was the same spa experience as ‘The Gym’. I will say the front of house staff seemed a little all over the place, I was disappointed in the ‘herbal tea’ which was essentially just a leaf in water (no tea bag, or even a biscuit - it was flavourless), a bit of confusion between staff about what job belonged to who (eg ‘have you gotten her a water? Who’s getting the water?’), it just didn’t feel like the ‘Disneyland experience’ one would expect for that price. Generally the process quite clunky. The facilities were nice but I do feel that things were not streamlined in the way they should be. I go to a lot of spas and generally am very happy. I do believe the expectations are high for this place due to the price and location and more staff training should be done to ensure things go smoothly.

I was very much looking forward to going to this spa and experiencing the various treatments over time. I had booked a massage and paid the deposit for the treatment. Unfortunately un-foreseen circumstances meant I could not make my appointment, I tried to reschedule 17 hours before my treatment. Doing so meant I would loose my deposit and end up paying an additional $75 for a treatment. Cancellations conditions are understandable, bad customer service, no understanding or consideration of circumstances is bad business and a good way to loose customers.

I had the Elara Signature facial, WOW!  Was amazing!  It is not just your face, it’s all your shoulders, neck and décolletage.  My skin feels soft, plump and well hydrated, just perfect!!  I was so relaxed, I had a fell asleep for a second and woke myself up with a little snort.   Thank you so much Innes, it was amazing and I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend.  Thanks Ladies

I have sooo many good things to say about Elara so bare with me because this could be a long review!! I first came to Elara for a skin consult, I am getting married in about a year and had acne scarring from years of suffering with hormonal acne. During the skin consult I met with Dr Kathleen who recommended the Morpheus 8 treatment, which was then re-affirmed as the best course of action after meeting with Michaela to go over my skin scan. We saw areas of my skin that needed the most support and decided that the Morpheus 8 treatment was the best course of action. After this, Michaela recommended me some of the PH Formula skin care range to begin with before my first treatment, to say this skin care is revolutionary is an understatement. I have never had more compliments on my skin and after suffering with incredibly temperamental skin all my life, these compliments are moments that have changed my brain chemistry for real.<br>When I came in for my first Morpheus 8 treatment I did not know what to expect but Dr Kathleen was wonderful and ensured I was as comfortable as possible the entire time, Michaela even popped into my room and gave me a plush toy to hold onto during my treatment! I wasn’t in for the actual treatment for very long but the results I saw after even one week have been incredible and not just referring to the texture of my skin - even my jawline is snatched!! Highly highly recommend this treatment (providing it is recommended by their highly skilled team of course!).<br>My most recent attendance was for the Japanese head spa and let me tell you, you will never experience relaxation like this anywhere else. You genuinely feel like you’re in a different world. I took my mum for Mother’s Day and my mum took her mum for Mother’s Day so it was a very wholesome experience. The therapists ensured the products used were specific to benefit your hair type. I would 100% do this again, the massage you get throughout it is out of this world and THE BEDS oh my gosh the beds are comfier than my own bed.<br>Highly highly highly recommend Elara and their incredible team!

Elara is not only a luxury spa but an incredible experience. No detail has been missed, from ambient lighting to heated bedding, you truly feel the stress fade away. My experience was phenomenal, the massage was elite and unlike any other in Adelaide, the facial used premium products that left my skin looking like glass and the lovely . The lovely aesthetician, communicated throughout both services and tailored my experience to my preferences. This truly was a premium service and worth both your time and money.

received a head spa treatment with Noelle last week and it was one of the best beauty services I have ever received. the treatment included a neck and shoulder massage as well as relaxing scalp massage, hair wash and blow dry at the end. the service went for over an hour and a half and i would recommend it as a great way to unwind. Noelle was amazing, so kind and very attentive to make sure that the treatment was exactly what i was after. will definitely rebook with her.
