I graduated from Capella University in 2008 with a Master's Degree in Instructional Design for Online Learning. While in school, I worked for a nonprofit organization. With a background as a Program Director in nonprofit education and community development, I merged passion and purpose to empower communities. Post-graduation I primarily consulted as an Instructional Designer in the telecom, utility, and airline industries crafting engaging learning experiences.
