What are your hours of operation?

We are open from 9am-5pm, weather and tide permitting

What do I need to bring?

Bring plenty of water, sun protection (hat, sunglasses, sunscreen etc.), bug spray, and shoes you are okay with getting wet
We REQUIRE a cellphone on the water, in case we need to reach you.

Question 3

Do I need to make a reservation?

Accepted Answer

Reservations are HIGHLY recommended and walk ups are never guaranteed. Making reservations ensures you get which type of kayak you want for when. It also allows us to contact you if we need to reschedule due to weather.

Question 4

What wildlife will I see? Do you have alligators?

Accepted Answer

At Weedon Island Preserve we see dolphins, manatees, a variety of bird species, crabs, and fish! 
We do not see alligators at Weedon Island Preserve since the water is too salty.

Question 5

Are pets allowed?

Accepted Answer

Although we love our furry friends, NO pets are allowed at Weedon Island Preserve or on our kayaks/SUPs

Question 6

What is your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

- A minimum 48-hour notification window for a full refund
- 24-48 hour notice will result in a 50% refund
- If we are notified within the 24-hour window, a reschedule will be possible but a refund will not
- The guest must call to reschedule within a month of the original reservation
- If the booked group does not show up within 15 minutes after launch time, with no prior notice, their rental/tour will be cancelled and no refund will be issued
- Refunds will not be issued for violations of park or preserve rules and policies
- If we have to cancel due to bad weather, unsafe paddling conditions, or anything else on our end, you will receive a full refund
