I had a great experience with DU&N Water System and General Services, especially thanks to Winthon. Out of everyone who has ever knocked on my door, he stood out as the most personable, friendly, and professional. He took the time to clearly explain the water treatment system, and addressed all of my options.This made me feel comfortable investing in this system especially in my early stages of moving into my home. I was trying to be conservative of my budget since I just moved into my home but Winthon gave me flexibility when it came to choosing a payment plan which helped tremendously. The same day installation process was smooth and efficient, and the follow-up has been outstanding. Winthon consistently checked in to make sure everything was working properly and that we were satisfied. He even went above and beyond by stopping by consistently to check up on me, and even drop off extra salt for the softener and show us how to properly use the system. Since installing the water softener and reverse osmosis system, my family has noticed a real difference—our skin feels better, and my brother’s dandruff has improved significantly. We had a great experience with DU&N for the installation of the water softener system. Winthon Conforme explained everything with detail, and he has also been monitoring how everything is working after the installation. Edgar Duarte also did a great job when installing the system. It was a very clean installation.
