⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Stay at Mövenpick Ghala!<br><br>I recently booked a one-night stay with breakfast at this brand-new hotel, and it exceeded all my expectations. Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a suite as a welcoming gesture—a fantastic start!<br><br>The room was modern, impeccably clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. It was fully equipped with high-quality amenities, including a bathrobe, comb, premium toiletries, and a coffee machine with capsules.<br><br>The breakfast buffet was outstanding, offering a massive and diverse variety of delicious options—there is absolutely everything you could wish for.<br><br>A special thanks to the entire staff; they are professional, welcoming, and extremely hospitable. Highly recommended!.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and truly enjoyed our experience overall. The rooms were beautiful, clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The breakfast spread was amazing with plenty of delicious options to choose from. The staff were extremely polite, friendly, and always ready to help, which made our stay even more enjoyable.<br>The pool area was another highlight — the view from there was absolutely lovely and made for a very relaxing experience.<br>We also loved the thoughtful touch of offering complimentary chocolates and cakes for guests and children. It was such a nice gesture, and our little one absolutely enjoyed it — honestly, so did we! Small details like these make a stay even more memorable.<br>The only downside during our stay was the air conditioning in the room. Even after setting the temperature to 18°C, the room still felt around 25–26°C throughout the night, which made it a bit uncomfortable to sleep. We hope this issue can be looked into for future guests.<br>Other than that, everything was perfect, and we had a fantastic stay. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to visit again.

I had a wonderful stay at Mövenpick Hotel Ghala Muscat. Everything was well organized and reflected a high standard of hospitality.<br><br>A special thanks to Mr Ramy, the Front Office Manager, who was extremely polite, respectful, and attentive. His professionalism and warm attitude made the experience even more pleasant and welcoming.<br><br>The rooms were excellent—very clean, comfortable, and well equipped, providing a relaxing atmosphere throughout the stay.<br>One of the highlights was the rooftop swimming pool, which offered a beautiful view and a very relaxing vibe, perfect for unwinding.<br><br>Breakfast was also impressive, with a wide variety of fresh and tasty options to suit different preferences, and the service was friendly and efficient.<br><br>Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience and a hotel I would definitely return to in Muscat
