DRS Law

What do you think of an attorney who takes a case that multiple law firms rejected, travels 2,000 miles to personally validate its merits, and then convinces a federal jury to award an $18 million judgment? To us, that's nothing short of extraordinary. This landmark verdict not only held the defendant accountable, but it also brought an end to the online defamation of our family. After the tragic death of our granddaughter, that peace is priceless. Chris Smith and his brothers, Dominick and David, guided us through the federal court system with compassion, intelligence, and determination. During the most vulnerable time in our lives, we entrusted them with our family's story. They treated us with kindness, respect, and care every step of the way. We are grateful to DRS Law for everything they have done for our family. Their dedication gave us justice, and allowed us to grieve our terrible loss and begin to move forward. — The Family of Kiely Rodni

Believe the hype. Pick DRS Law. 2 years ago, after a catastrophic accident at work that left me with an awful facial scar, I called probably 15 attorneys. Every single one of them turned my case down. I had almost given up until I got ahold of Catherine at DRS. She actually gave a shit about what happened to me, which was a total 180 from the scripted BS I got elsewhere. She hooked me up with David A. Smith and—bam! What I thought was a hopeless case against a government entity was a walk in the park for him. Most of these high-profile firms are just "settlement mills" that run the second things get complicated, but David is a different breed. He’s a total shark in the room but treats you with genuine respect outside of it. He was easy to talk to, very understanding, and stayed on top of every detail. If he didn’t answer my call, he returned it promptly. I never felt like just another file number on a desk. Ultimately, I got exactly the result I was looking for. My life is changing in a massive, dramatic way because I made that call, and it’s still surreal. Since it's a family firm, the communication was seamless—if David was tied up, his brother stepped in without missing a beat. Theres just not enough nice things I could say about everyone at this firm. Don’t waste your time with the guys on the billboards, call DRS Law. 💯 Thanks again, David!!

So far they seem great! They were the only law firm that was willing to give my medical malpractice case a look. Still waiting to hear back. Over all they’re very nice!
