Prompt service. Polite, respectful and friendly. Rob did an excellent and thorough job. He certainly came across as a total drain enthusiast, and patiently explained the situation to me with the confidence of a true expert. The price was reasonable. All in all, I would definitely recommend Drain Geeks.

Rob was exceptional. He cleared the initial emergency flooding in the garden, and took no payment until he returned the week after to wait until the water had drained and to degrease and flush out the drains fully. He also washed the whole garden from the sewage that had settled. All this was done within 2 hours. He also replied to my email with a comprehensive guide and advice to the how the blockage occured. Very trustworthy and professional, Thanks.

We wanted to check the drains weren't going to cause any future issues in a new property. Found Rob who was based locally and had been reviewed well, and those reviews were clearly well deserved. Rob was very prompt on the phone and we quickly organised a visit a few days later. I had a detailed report with video footage an hour or so after he'd been round putting our minds at ease. At a good price, I would recommend giving Rob a call even before you have an issue, thanks.
