I am more than grateful for the care and professionalism that Dr Devulapalli, Dr Pisarenko and Danielle from their office have shown me.  I was fearful of having reconstruction surgery, but Dr Devulapalli showed me compassion, took the time needed to explain everything clearly and confidently.  It will be almost 2 weeks since surgery and I am grateful that my oncologist referred me to their office.  They have given me top quality supportive care for a successful recovery. Dr. Devulapalli is compassionate, professional and caring. Communication is always stellar which makes the daunting decisions a little easier. He is honest, thoughtful and spends as much time as necessary to answer questions. He does such great work and really listens to your concerns. He patiently and clearly explains what will work in your particular situation to get you the best possible results. A high level of expertise is needed to perform DIEP flap and Dr Devulapalli and his team are truly a blessing and a breath of fresh air. Pain during and after surgery is minimal and addressed immediately. He is an expert in his field and does an outstanding job of easing one’s fears.
I strongly recommend Dr Devulapalli for any woman going through breast cancer and reconstructive surgery or any other cosmetic procedure.

I had met Dr. Devulapalli in 2022. I did a lot of research for my breast cancer team and he was who I had chosen to work along side my oncology breast surgeon. I instantly felt at peace within the first 5 minutes of meeting him. We had discussed all options for treatment that would be ideal for me and my care and he made sure I was ok with every path chosen up until the minute I was ready for both surgeries and everything after. Both surgeries were a huge success and I am grateful that he was placed in my path. He is very knowledgeable, attentive and understanding. I met Dr. Devulapalli after being diagnosed with breast cancer in March. From the very beginning, he was kind, compassionate, and reassuring. Together with my breast surgeon, he performed my double mastectomy in April, and I could not have asked for better care. The support provided by both Dr. Devulapalli and his staff made a very difficult experience so much easier. The surgery itself was seamless, and thanks to the nerve block he administered, I had no pain during the first 24 hours and only mild soreness afterward. I never needed anything stronger than Tylenol for pain management. I knew three other people who underwent breast surgery shortly before mine, and all of them required narcotics during the first few days of recovery. My experience was remarkably different, and I truly credit Dr. Devulapalli’s skill and expertise for that. He is a master at his craft, and I could not be happier with the care I received. I would unequivocally recommend him to anyone and feel incredibly grateful and indebted to him for everything he has done for me.

Working with Dr. Devulapalli was a joy from start to finish. After several consultations with other doctors, I left his office feeling completely satisfied and excited about my decision. From the moment I met with Dr. Devulapalli I was very comfortable. He worked with my breast surgeon and completed the reconstruction after my bilateral mastectomy with a mini tummy tuck for a fat transfer.
