How long will you receive the item if you order today?

We normally need 2 weeks for designing and production, and we promise to ship out within 2 weeks. As we are shipping out to worldwide customers from Singapore, delivery time depends on where you are.

Singapore Delivery Time: 3 to 4 business days.

Other worldwide locations: 7 to 14 business days.

Can you speed up the order?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we charge 20 SGD extra for express orders.

If you are in Singapore, we will guarantee delivery within 2 weeks. We will refund 10 SGD for every additional day delayed.

For other locations, we will guarantee shipping out within 1 week.

Question 3

Can you do multiple figurines?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we often create figurines for couples or families. 
If you want the figurines wrapped in the same retail packaging, then we only charge once for the packaging.

Question 4

Can you do multiple accessories?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we will charge another 10 SGD for every additional accessory. Note that not all accessories will fit in the retail packaging. We will work out something and let you confirm the details before proceeding.

Question 5

Can you do a different style?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we are not limited to styles. We charge the same price for most of the styles. However, if you prefer more realistic styles (as opposed to cartoon/cute style shown in the product images), the modelling effort will be higher due to a lot more details now required. We will charge higher for more realistic styles.

Can you create pet figurines?

Accepted Answer

Yes, no problem. It is treated the same as human figurines.

Question 7

Can you do blind box packaging?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we charge 10 SGD extra for blind box packaging. We will provide you with a customizable template. You could tell us the pictures and text you wanna print on the packaging and we will handle the rest.
