Fantastic service from Julia from Gutter Vacuum Systems. Our old neumatic vacuum failed and desperately needed another vacuum. Called Gutter Vacuum Systems late afternoon who managed to get us a new vacuum (shadow) delivered within a few working days. Also very helpful in helping us order all the correct accessories we required including camera bracket, specialist tools and adapters. 1st Class service, great products and reasonably priced. I had an outstanding experience with GVS vacuum system. The fittings I needed i had no idea what i need and even though the team member front this department was off on his day off, he called me personally to help sort it out. I was able to order everything the same day and received on next day .They went above and beyond, showing true professionalism and genuine care for their customers. I felt supported at every step. Highly reliable and truly top-notch service. I can't recommend them enough!

Had my gutter vacuum serviced. It had been 3/4 years since purchasing and felt it needed some attention and piece of mind for me knowing that it’ll still continue to work well for me for the future. The panther has been a great purchase for me. Living locally I called to enquire if I could drop it off and collect (saving on postage) This was no problem. Everyone I spoke to on the phone and in person was really helpful. Dropped off, and was all done within a couple of days. Excellent service from all the team at GVS.
