I can't recommend Tracy highly enough. We initially reached out to Tracy to support our child, but her impact has extended far beyond that. She has helped our entire family better understand one another and communicate in ways that have been incredibly meaningful. From the very beginning, she created a space where everyone felt heard, understood, and supported. She listened deeply, asked thoughtful questions, and helped us consider new perspectives. She equipped us with practical tools and insights for lasting change. What I appreciate most is that Tracy is who she is as a person. She is thoughtful, compassionate, and incredibly skilled at what she does. Thanks to her continued support, our family feels more connected, more confident, and better equipped to navigate challenges together. We are deeply grateful we found Tracy. If you're considering working with her, I recommend her wholeheartedly.

My experience has been very enlightening and knowledgeable Tracy is very kind receptive to the need. I love the fact she gets down to the WHY of the matter. Which makes all the difference in the world 🌎. She and I had conversations as though we’ve known each other for years. I love her personality, her attitude, she gives great advice and I love her energy. Thanks For Sharing And Being Who You Are!

I have been working with Tracy for over 3 months working on my nervous system and staying out of fight or flight, staying in the conversations instead of shutting down and working to understand what is happening and how to stay present. The specialty therapist was a huge step for me, as I tried so many times on my own and through normal therapy. There has been a major shift in my overall nervous system since working with Tracy. The understanding of why my nervous system works the way it does and then the process of grounding and regulating myself to ensure my nervous system stays regulated even in heightened situations. I would 100% recommend working with Tracy
