After searching on our own for an apartment rental in Paris without much progress, we found Daniela on Instagram and arranged a consultation with her. Daniela is fantastic! I found her through instagram and got in touch about finding an apartment in France. We originally were looking in Lyon and then switched to Paris. Daniela got our dossier compiled and was amazing sending us lots of apartments to look at online, then getting us appointments if we were interested. We looked for several weeks and then found it! She helped us negotiate the lease and it was ours. The day we signed the lease she went to work setting up our utilities which made it very easy for us. We did not have to do anything. Daniela’s help has been invaluable in so many supportive ways. Firstly she is very responsive to our queries, and keeps in touch regularly. As we don’t speak French we have relied on her for liaising with other agencies on our behalf. She has been on our journey from thinking about moving to France, first tentative steps, searching for listings, to assisting in looking at properties and doing the deal.
