Danex is quickly rising as one of London's most exciting DJ / Producer prodigies, firmly establishing himself by the young age of only 20 years old. His forward thinking tracks and unique, fast-paced style as a DJ has captured the attention of many in the city’s dance music scene, and beyond. Danex discovered his passion in music aged 10, soon after falling in love with the videogame 'DJ Hero'. He would then spend his entire childhood developing his signature style and skills. Drawing on influences from across the EDM spectrum, Danex’s music ranges from sharp, bass-driven peak-time Tech House weapons, to more emotive, progressive and melodic anthems. As a DJ, his style is a dynamic blend combining high-energy Tech House and EDM influences, contrasted with deeper, more progressive and melodic elements. His most defining characteristic, however, is the seamless infusion of turntablism and technicality into his sets, often pushing the boundaries of technical possibility on the decks. Since turning 18, Danex has quickly risen through the ranks of London's dance music scene. He is a regular at Ministry of Sound, and held a year-long residency at XOYO aged 19. In just the past year, he has performed alongside the likes of Armin Van Buuren, KSHMR, Third Party, Tchami, Kryder and many more.
