All payments are processed securely and are final, except as specified in our Cancellation and Refund Policy.

Any misuse, impersonation, or disruptive behaviour during events or online activities is strictly prohibited.
Dance Commune shall not be held responsible for any loss, injury, or damage arising during workshops, classes, or due to service interruptions beyond our control.

By registering, you consent to receive essential updates or communication regarding upcoming workshops and community events.

All disputes shall be governed by Indian law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Nashik courts.

Terms and Conditions

Please read this policy carefully before booking any workshop or event through Dance Commune.

1. No Cancellation or Refund
Once a payment is completed, no cancellation, refund, or transfer will be permitted under any circumstances.

This includes changes in personal schedules, illness, or any unforeseen situation.

2. Non-Transferable Bookings
Bookings are strictly non-transferable and cannot be exchanged between participants.

3. Event Cancellations
If a workshop or event is canceled by Dance Commune, participants will receive a full refund to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

In case of rescheduling, all existing bookings will automatically be valid for the new date.

4. Refund Process (if applicable)
Refunds, when eligible, will be processed by Meghal Yogesh Jambhale on behalf of Dance Commune.
