Please find attached the slides for Workshop 2 and the Excel Workbook that you can use if they wish.  This includes a Daily Rate Calculator.

As follow work:
1. Choose a product or service and work out your minimum sales price for it by taking into account:
- Direct costs
- A contribution to their time (e.g. using hourly or daily rate)
- A contribution to overheads
- Adding a small profit
- Adding VAT if they are registered
2. Complete your research on competitor pricing and adjust their minimum sales price accordingly.

Ahead of Workshop 3 (so in early March), Ellen will ask you to prepare an updated list of everything you have spent so far to feed into a cashflow.
