We worked with Cris on our recent condo purchase, and we’re so glad we found him! He was with us every step of the way and always had our best interests in mind. He has great understanding of the NYC market and was super patient — never pushy, always encouraging us to take our time and make sure we were comfortable with our decisions. His offer strategies also got us a great deal. Out of everyone involved in the transaction, Cris was the one we enjoyed working with the most. Couldn’t have asked for a better broker, and we’re excited to work with him again in the future.

What a realtor! I would recommend Cris to literally anyone. He is so patient and knowledgeable. He made so much time for us, didn’t pressure us, answered so many questions for us first time home buyers, and was just the friendliest guy. If you are looking to buy or sell a home in Brooklyn, pick this guy! I know we will whenever we next need a realtor.

Cris consistently went above and beyond for me during my first real estate purchase, providing critical insight and assistance through each step of the process. He was patient and communicative, making sure everyone involved in the purchase was on the same page and making progress whenever possible.
