Before engaging Creative Low Carbon I contacted several installers from the local area and national providers to gain as much information and understanding as possible prior to committing to have solar panels, battery storage and inverter installed.<br><br>George at Creative Low Carbon was head and shoulders above the competition in relation to his explanations, providing an end to end example of his companies process for installation.<br><br>George was advisory at all times.<br><br>The installation over the two days, from scaffolding, solar panel roof team and Oscar the electrician went very smoothly, everyone was professional and polite.<br><br>It was a pleasure to have Creative Low Carbon team at our house.<br><br>Amber at the office contacted us the day before installation, everyday during and is currently contacting us regarding associated paperwork and other after installation assistance.<br><br>The service from Creative Low Carbon has been above and beyond.

I don’t normally leave reviews for products or services, but i just had leave a comment about Creative Low Carbon. Made what could have been a very stressful experience a breeze, from all the help with getting my head around the process and a quick response to my queries. The installing team was professional; tidy and their workmanship was outstanding; they went out of their way to ensure the cables were hidden as much as possible. Can't recommend these guys highly enough, if I could give 6 stars I would.
