Had the opportunity to do an onsite grading submission for my Manga Sanji at Kyo Card Show EXPO and the experience was excellent overall.<br><br>The entire process was handled professionally from start to finish. We appreciated their grading submission system, which provided timely updates on the card's whereabouts throughout the journey, including when it was in transit between Singapore and the USA, vice versa. The process was seamless, from submission to collection, and even payment for grading fees and any upcharges was conveniently managed through their system.<br><br>The shop is also in a very convenient location, right in front of a bus stop, with ample parking available for both riders and drivers. They carry a wide range of products across Disney, Sports cards and TCGs such as Pokémon and One Piece. There is a strong selection of singles and sealed products, and the environment is clean, cozy, and even comes with restroom facilities for customers.<br><br>One thing to note is that prices tend to be on the higher side, so it's worth doing some research beforehand. My only real criticism was the collection process. Despite there not being many customers waiting for pickups, had to wait over 45 minutes to collect my graded card. This may have been due to staffing constraints at the time.<br><br>Overall, a professional and reliable shop with a strong product range and an excellent grading submission system. With some improvement to collection wait times, the experience would be even better.

I visited Concept Grading’s flagship store recently to get my Pokémon cards pre-assessed before sending them for grading. I was helped by Yan Zi, and she was exceptional.<br><br>She took the time to pre-grade my cards carefully and gave very logical, honest advice about which ones were worth submitting. She wasn’t pushy at all and was extremely patient with all my questions and requests, even when I was unsure.<br><br>Her expertise and professionalism made the whole process stress-free. It’s rare to find staff who balance knowledge with genuine customer care like that. Please pass on my thanks to Yan Zi. I’ll definitely be back because of her. Kudos to u!

Second time doing grading with Concept! Enjoy the experience and the staff is very patient in explaining the details and provides recommendation. Syafiq is very helpful and providing inputs on how to view the defects in my cards. I will come back again.
