Hello!
My name is Jamie Hesketh. I am a professional performance coach & sports scientist with over 10 years experience working within professional football. I am dedicated to helping athletes along their sporting Journey and this by using the knowledge and experience I have gained and applying this to athletes in an educated, mindful and respectful manner. My approach to coaching has allowed me to gain a detailed understanding of the physiological and mental demands of the game at all levels and understand what approach is needed to develop the athlete to have a positive impact on their performance.

Over my 10 years professional experience I have worked with over 250 professional athletes.

- Manchester city academy youth development sports scientist / Manchester City women's academy lead sport scientist.

- Bolton Wanderers 1st team strength and conditioning coach / head of academy sports science.
