Run coaching is for anyone and everyone, near and far - whether you’re looking to start running, looking for guidance returning to running after an injury, a seasoned runner looking for some help tailoring your training, or training for a specific goal! I offer evidence-based coaching - meaning yes, I use my 20-something years of experience running literally every distance imaginable from 400M to 85KM, but I also utilize training and what science has proven to make sure you stay healthy, happy, and accomplish your goals. 
Why should you work with me? Well for one, I’m fun, and I send you hilarious texts. And if you need more reasons than that, do it because I’ll create a custom training plan for you and your goals, and I believe in constantly adapting training and listening to our bodies, so you can bet I’ll be checking in on you and changing things up to make sure it works for you and that you succeed.

Running assessments are provided as a qualified running professional with training in running assessment and form, biomechanics, injury prevention, and shoe selection. Specialized analysis available for post-partum return to running, and running with a stroller also available.

The package includes instructions on set up and video, in depth analysis with video and photo examples of points to improve, explanations of potential impact of your form, and applicable recommendations and cueing.
Once videos are submitted, an in depth analysis of form and cadence is provided, along with suggestions to improve running efficiency, prevent injury, and meet goals. 
Package requires access to a treadmill and a phone/iPad capable of video.
